Karl Medina shares his experience on translating research into ideation, launching, and scaling an agricultural technology venture. Through Agri-TIPS and LisensyaLab, he explores how technical innovators navigate early development, business model validation, and commercial scale.
About the Speaker
Karl Medina is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership roles across diverse industries, including agriculture and technology. He has founded multiple startups and served as CEO of DigitizePH, CMO of Blismo Inc and CTO of Agri-TIPS, and is currently the founder and CTO of LisensyaLab. He has led teams through rapid scaling and innovation.
He is also a technopreneurship lecturer and grad-waiting MBA student from Mapua University, having obtained his bachelor’s degree in agriculture from UPLB. Karl is an active startup mentor, judge, and speaker in various startup and innovation programs nationwide.
